Village of Hope Welcomes
​New Board Members

Village of Hope is pleased to welcome four new members to its Board of Directors this year: Megan Caton, Kyle Hughes, Hamilton Morgan, and Dr. John Seidel.

​Megan Caton is the Assistant Director for the TidalHealth Foundation.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Salisbury University and her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Alabama. Megan has served on St. Alban’s Episcopal Church Endowment Board. She has been a committee member for the TidalHealth Adopt a Family program and March for Babies and the Salisbury Police Department Family Support program.  She and her husband Brandon reside in Salisbury.

Kyle Hughes is the owner of Kylan Barn and Next Wave Studios. A local to the shore, Kyle graduated from Parkside High School and studied Photography at the Hallmark Institute of Photography. His talents lie in the fields of marketing and fundraising. He resides in Delmar with his significant other Laura and their two-year-old son.

Hamilton Morgan is a Territory Manager for Eastern Shore Distributing. He graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and his expertise is in the areas of management, marketing, and public speaking

Dr. John Seidel is retired from his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery practice, John F. Seidel, D.D.S., P.A. in Salisbury. Originally from Damascus, Maryland, John received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Maryland Baltimore County, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at UMDNJ. He resides in Salisbury with his wife Dianne; they have two grown children.
